Great value for resolving more advanced or multiple technical issues. For example: USB not recognised, slow internet, sound problems. If your query is resolved early, we can perform patches and discuss other issues. Reach out to us for support, advice and training on all things Tech related. *We endeavour to diagnose quickly. If it is discovered that an On-Site call is required and scheduled, we will take off the Remote Tech Support price you've already paid, and combine the time. For example: Sally booked a 30 minute remote support session. After 10 minutes it was determined that an On-site visit was required. When On-site, the problem was fixed in 45 minutes, for a combined total of 55 minutes. Sally was only charged for a 1 hour On-site Visit.
